"The El Dorados were up next, and feature Mark Scardello and
Stu Brandt (both ex-Aquamarines. Stu also plays for Messhugga
Beach Party).  The bass player was top notch.  Because of the dry lead sound, it reminded me a bit of the Ventures. Mark has a lot of blues styling in his playing. However you want to describe it, the Eldorados were very tight, played with a lot of energy, and in general, tore it up".
